Two new artists have been added!

- Natasha Bedingfield: 43 songs, 3 albums, 18 videos & 58 photos.
- Leona Lewis: 36 songs, 3 albums, 7 videos & 12 photos.

We've just made a new small addition to the website for you guys. We've added a great rapper known as Plies and we have 42 songs, 3 albums, 9 videos and 12 photos so make sure you check them out.

We made another great addition to the website guys! Tracy Chapman: 93 songs, 8 albums, 13 videos and 12 photos. Michael Jackson: 51 songs and 4 albums.

We got 4 new fabulous artists added to the site today and they are *drum roll*... Taylor Swift: 26 songs, 3 albums, 15 videos and 36 photos. Tim McGraw: 116 songs, 9 albums, 9 videos and 24 photos. Soulja Boy: 29 songs, 3 albums, 7 videos and 24 photos. Rihanna: 59 songs, 4 albums, 15 videos and 24 photos.

We've just finished a small but time smashing update... We have just added 158 songs, 16 albums, 9 videos and 12 photos for the legend that is Bob Marley. The album pages have been fixed up also, these are the pages that you can use to browse all of the lyrics on each artists specific album - it's much cleaner now. Another much bigger update is coming tomorrow so be sure to check back soon for the new additions.

We've just added 34 songs, 3 albums, 25 videos and 24 photos for Coldplay. These guys are amazing, watch a few of their live videos and you'll have them repeating for hours - trust us! Hope you find this update useful. Keep those requests and submissions coming, they're keeping us busy.

We've just made two more additions to the website but please don't think that we've given up or been slacking lately because that just isn't the case. We've been working on the website alot behind the scenes, on things you may or may not notice - but they're happening, just so you know. Purple Lyrics is still in it's infancy and has a long way to go, but we're excited and can't wait to grow and bring you more and more fantastic content and cool features. Today we added 30 songs, 3 albums, 13 videos and 24 photos for Fightstar and then *take a deep breath* we added 159 songs, 14 albums, 4 videos and 24 photos for Tom Petty - please check these out, i'm sure you're a fan of both of these fantastic artists/bands.

We now have the correct lyrics feature added to the site, so if you happen to come across any lyrics that you think are incorrect or contain even the slightest error then please take a few moments to click the correct lyrics (green tick) link and submit your corrections to us - we'd really appreciate it. We need our visitors to help us to keep this website as accurate as possible.

Hey guys! We've added 3 new artists to the site: Kelly Clarkson, Coheed And Cambria and finally Silverstein. We have also added a new feature which will allow you to print our lyrics from a new plain page, you don't want to be printing them out from a page with a design and advertisements, right? There is a print link on each lyrics page, which you can find sitting under the bookmarks and code snippets box. Enjoy this latest update!

We added two brand spanking new bands to the site today, which are: Evanescence and Flyleaf - two fantastic bands, we hope you like them as much as we do. We've added dozens and dozens of new videos and photos for each of these bands so please take the time to check them out. We have also added a couple of new features which will help you to share the content on our website with your friends or indeed your own website and/or profile visitors, this includes social bookmarking buttons and also various code snippets (direct link, bb code and html code). You may have also noticed that we added a bookmark us link to the navigation bar at the top of all of our pages, make sure you give that a click so you don't lose our website =].

We've just added a new artist called Madonna, everybody knows who she is right? Well, if not you can go over to the new Madonna Biography and become a fan! Check this out, we've added a huge collection of her stuff to the site so far: Madonna Lyrics (216), Madonna Albums (18), Madonna Videos (33) and finally Madonna Photos (36). We hope you find this update useful.

We have just got done adding 4 new artists/bands to the site, along with their whole collection of lyrics, discography and a pretty healthy collection of photos and videos for each. We have added: Avril Lavigne Lyrics, Sum 41 Lyrics, Billy Talent Lyrics and finally Good Charlotte Lyrics. That doesn't seem like a big update but it really is when you take into account the amount of lyrics and albums that we have added for each artist or band. That's not all we've done though... We've also added the New Videos page as promised in yesterdays post, we'll leave the New Photos page for a later date. Maybe tomorrow - who knows.

We have added a translate feature to all lyrics pages so now you can read all of the lyrics on our website in 6 different languages - we did this in the hope that it would be useful to many of our amazing visitors. We have also added two new pages that will allow you to see and find our latest content surrounding lyrics, which are New Artists and also New Lyrics - check them out, see if your favourite artist or band has been added or updated recently. We'll do this for videos and photos soon.

You may have noticed that we have added many new features to the website that will help to improve your time here at PL. We didn't want to be just another Lyrics website, so, we went and added artist/band biographies, photo galleries and video archives. So now, when you're looking for lyrics by your favorite artist or band, you can also take a look at their biography to learn a little more about them. You can even browse a photo gallery for that artist or band in thumbnail fashion and view them all in full-size if you'd like. We also have a video archive, which covers three categories to give you the best visual view of an artist or band (Live, Official and Acoustic) - deffinately check those out. You can now find albums using the A-Z pages also, whereas before you could only find lyrics by browsing the A-Z pages - to use this feature, simply click a letter and then chose the "A-Z albums" link at the bottom of the page. Enjoy the new stuff!

I'm happy to announce that Purple Lyrics has now officially launched. The website is still being developed and improvements are constantly being made, so please, if you have any suggestions or requests then please do get in touch because we love hearing from all of you. If you can't find the lyrics for a certain artist or band that you're looking for here at PL, then you may request them and we'll let you know when they're added to the site.
